I reached out to J’s Heating and Cooling when my AC unit started squealing at me and I was referred to them by 2 different friends. I was very pleased with the communication and professionalism of Mario who came to check out my HVAC issue. He truly wanted to take care of the situation while offering me options that I was comfortable with. No pressure to upsell as I’ve experienced in the past with other AC and Heating companies and for that, I will continue to do business with J’s Heating and Cooling. I asked for an estimate as to the price of a new unit as mine is 30 years old and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable quote. We had a new mini-split installed in your garage. And it works great! Joey answered all my questions and concerns and was able to book me an appointment for install right away.
