I am so happy to give JR Barto/Air Conditioning/Heating a great 5-Star Review! From "Excellent Customer Service & Rapport" received from Klancy, Stephanie, and especially Scott. They are so prompt, professional, courteous, and truly and expert at what they do. We had a current issue with the heater at one of our rentals and the repair was dispatched, scheduled, and Scott on-site with assessment completed and repairs scheduled with awesome follow-thru all the way to the end. JR Barto is a vendor with TMT Property Services and provides our rentals with their services. I highly recommend them!!

Stay away from this company! They are greedy and more focused on making a quick buck than providing quality, affordable service. 1. They provided a quote to fix my gas wall heater for $1,141. That’s nearly the cost of purchasing a new heater. The contractor I ultimately chose to do the job charged $400. 2. After declining their insanely high estimate I got a bill in the mail. I was not told there was a fee for a proposal nor did I agreed to pay anything prior to their tech visiting to look at the heater. (He did not fix anything, just looked to diagnose the problem) After refusing to pay it they sent the “unpaid debt” to a collections agency. Since when can a business charge someone without their consent? 3. The contractor I chose to fix my heater said he had fixed work done by JR Barto numerous times. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!

They have more hidden fees then Verizon or Xfinity. They charged me $30.00 for fuel for their truck (I live about 5 miles away from their shop), they also charged me $10.00 for a service truck charge. They also had the nerve to charge me $30.00 for a delivery of a part to their shop. A part which they already marked up about $100.00. All this is in addition to the two service call charges of $148.00 and $135.00. Check out the reviews on Yelp. They are mostly one and two stars.
