Huge fan of this company. We were in desperate need of a glycol chiller when ours went down. They helped us with an older chiller they rebuilt. Sandy has been awesome on the customer service side of things, taking calls at odd hours and walking me through several steps and even teaching me the why along the way. Would highly recommend

I have been doing business with Sandy and JCY for over a decade now. We originally started with one of their rental chillers and 7 years ago purchased a JCY chiller thats been cooling our brewery perfectly ever since! I can't say enough good things about Sandy and JCY! Their chillers are tanks and run perfectly. Any time we had any questions or problems Sandy and the JCY team got right on it and took care of us to keep our brewing production online. Recently Sandy and Sam helped me again with a glycol purchase so I can bring on some bigger tanks and again they came in clutch for me. Thanks to everyone over at JCY, its great to know there's still a company out there that has great customer service and stands behind their equipment 🍻

We've had a great experience with JC Younger. We've had our chiller operating for 10 years, very reliable. Unbelievably, this particular unit has a compressor operating since the 1960's...not a joke, they don't make them like that anymore. Some of the best customer service around, they've come to the brewery and made sure the installation we had done was correct and did a complete walk through of how it operates, and what to look for...for free. Really appreciative of the partnership. These guys are awesome.
