Interstate installed a new ac / heating system in my house 8 years ago. Needed service for the first time made a phone call to them gave me an appointment called to confirm the night before and tech called an hour before he came on time. Diagnosied the issue quickly got to work and was out in less then an hour he even had the part on his truck. Very professional and clean tech! Even wore the blue botties on his shoes. Have a service contract with interstate usually takes 2 or 3 days to give an appointment for service. but once they show up you know the issue is solved and fixed even if it means driving across Brooklyn to find that rare part for our unit.
