The contracted technician Tom "bulldog" Bullock was simply the best ever! Efficient, knowledgeable, polite as all get out, professional and very, very warm- PERFECT! No hot water for two weeks. I had two other outfits trying to figure out my problem to no avail. Clay arrived at our home promptly in the morning. He made quick work of a leaking line on our hot water heater. He was very polite, courteous and patient with me, answering a lot of silly questions. Clay even took the time to help me find the emergency shut off valve (new to us house), I had no clue. I would definitely use Intelligent Design Mechanical Solutions again, and I’ll ask for Clay specifically.
