We previously had Kevin O. come out and look at our AC unit in another house. He did such an amazing job. We were genuinely so impressed by the service he gave, especially because he had to take a little longer than usual on a weekend. For that trip, we had called on a weekend because we were pretty desperate. We like to keep our household cool, and our AC unit wouldn’t kick on at all. Integrity Heat & Air was the company that installed the unit before we even moved in, so we figured we’d call them out because they would know the unit best. We were worried about the price because a lot of companies charge extra on weekends, but Integrity said it was the same flat fee of, I believe, $99 for them to come out and diagnose the problem. We were like, “Sweet, please send them out. We’re pretty desperate.” Kevin did an awesome job, and I meant to leave a review then but completely forgot. Now, two months later, we had finally moved into our new home… but our AC unit was pushing very little air. We live in a berm home, so the AC unit shouldn’t have to work too hard, but it was running 24/7 and the house was still not staying cool. So, we gave Integrity a call. Cody came out and almost immediately found the problem. It turns out the entire unit (which was from 1995) was frozen over. Apparently, they don’t even make the coolant for the unit anymore. He cut into the insulation up top and found an entire brick of ice. Worse than that, he started to dig deeper and found “organic growth.” This was definitely an oversight by our inspectors and a previous company that came out and said it was good. Cody was awesome at explaining why this happened and ballparking what replacements might look like so that we could get in contact with our home insurance for the new house. We asked him a few questions about that process, and he filled us in on what he would do. Cody definitely had to take extra time on our service call because of all the ice, but I am endlessly grateful for his time. We are going to fight with our home insurance to use Integrity Air, even though they aren’t partnered with them. We called them out knowing they would do a good job right out of the gate and would actually find the problem, even knowing we might have to pay for an additional service call with another company through our home insurance if they wouldn’t allow us to use them. I 100% recommend this company with my whole chest. They really impressed me with the service they gave us the first time, including the kind lady that works at the call center on weekends. If you’re looking for a company that’s truly going to work with integrity, this is the one to call.

When our central air went out, we called Integrity. Kevin O. was amazing! He came out on very short notice, over a holiday weekend, and had a great attitude. He walked us through the entire repair and did his best to find ways to get us the best price. His repair work was efficient and very quick. I highly recommend Kevin and Integrity! We will definatley use them again when the need arises. -Jon and Amber - Enid

Juan A. Arrived in the evening to our new home that we bought with no AC. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with. He let us know the possibilities of what would need to be done and between him and his supervisor David, the experience was wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for their wealth of knowledge and care for our family during this time. Thank you so very much. ~~The Sheppard Family
