I recently had preventive maintenance done on my HVAC system by Indoor Experts Heating and Air Conditioning, and I’m very impressed with the service. The technicians, Anderson and Malcoln, were professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. They checked all my thermostats and fully inspected the HVAC unit, giving everything a solid thumbs up. They also made a helpful recommendation to flush the system and provided a fair, reasonable quote—no pressure, just good information. I signed up for their seasonal maintenance package, which includes summer and winter visits, and it comes with a nice discount. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Anderson knows his stuff and was great to work with. Tracy was good at scheduling and much faster than the outsourced call centers of the big shops. I called as a new client and Anderson came out same day - he replaced a part and fixed the wiring. Had us back up and running easily. I can’t recommend them enough! My AC stopped working over night and I called them the next day. Tracy in the office was incredibly helpful and was able to get a technician scheduled that same day. There were some delays with prior clients that day, but Tracy updated me every few hours to let me know the status of the technician. She even called me after the office had closed and let me know that Anderson was on his way. Anderson was great and immediately diagnosed the problem which was a simple breaker fix. He didn’t have the right sized breaker on his truck but was able to find a similar one to get me through the night until he could replace it with the correct size. My house has been cool and comfortable since.
