I’m going to start by saying IMS used to be good. I was a customer for years, but since John sold the company the customer service and quality of work has gone down the drain. Overpriced and shoddy half measure fixes that end up needing more repairs. Such a shame that I used to be able to rely on IMS.

My wok in refrigeration unit was not performing properly I looked around and called some places and this location was the only one that was able to come see me the same day! They are very professional and the young lady that answers the phone Nancy is very professional and she seems like she knows a lot. The prices are not bad at all but even if they charged me more it would not have mattered to me because they came out on the same day and made sure everything was good to go with my walk and I greatly appreciate that the gentleman that came out was very professional and well mannered I thank you very much.
