Imperial OG AC & Refrigeration Supply

Very bad experience. The unit only worked for three weeks. After that, we started having problems. The installer contacted the person who sold the equipment, and for the past three and a half months we have been waiting for the communication boards. The error code shown was E5. The person in charge won’t even give me their name. Every time it’s the same excuses: that they have to come back, that they already came, that larger boards arrived, that smaller ones arrived, but the exact one I need is never available. On top of that, they are now saying that I will have to pay for one of the boards, which is completely unacceptable. The unit is still under warranty and is not even one year old. Again, it only worked for three weeks. I consider this place a complete disaster and would not recommend it to anyone.
