Ideal Conditions Heating & Air

Excellent job. We live in the Mandarin area, and we recently had a new A/C package unit installed by Ideal Conditions, and we could not be happier with the service! This is our second installation by Ideal Conditions, the first being 18 years ago by Tom, the owner. Tom and his crew Mike, Connor, Kyle, James, and Cameron were very friendly and did a fantastic job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. The installation was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything to us. The aesthetics of the installation to the finishing of mulch to match the rest of our landscaping show the integrity of their work. We highly recommend Ideal Conditions for anyone in need of air conditioning services. Not only did they install a new AC unit they also cleaned and sanitized our duct work. If I could give more than five stars I would! Our AC Unit went out over a three day holiday weekend about the worst thing possible with family and friends coming into town and temperatures pushing 90+ degrees. On top of that we live on the far west side of Jacksonville, in Whitehouse so I was honestly worried about how quickly we’d be able to get assistance. This is where Ideal Conditions Heating and Air Conditioning completely exceeded all expectations. The owner Tom Massey personally stepped in over the holiday weekend and made the trip out to us. He didn’t Just do a quick check he took time to troubleshoot and get our system up and running temporarily so we could stay comfortable through the weekend. That level of effort, especially during the holiday really speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to his customers. Then first thing Tuesday morning, their technician returned with the parts needed to properly repair the unit and had everything fixed quickly and efficiently. The entire process from the emergency weekend support to the final repair was handled with professionalism care and genuine focus on customer service. It is rare to find a company that shows this kind of responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. We are incredibly grateful and can’t recommend Ideal Conditions Heating and Air conditioning enough.

We recently had Ideal Conditions replace an AC unit and repair some torn ductwork in our attic. My only regret is not using their services sooner. From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Logan handled the sales side and was professional, responsive, and efficient. He offered fair pricing and went out of his way to get us scheduled quickly, knowing we had been without AC for several days. Patrick, Cameron, and Josh were some of the best technicians we’ve ever encountered. They were respectful, hardworking, and took the time to answer every question we had. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but they were also genuinely kind people. They started work around 9 a.m. and kept at it until sunset to make sure our AC was fully restored. Even after a long day, they walked in with a smile every time — a rare and appreciated attitude. I can’t recommend Ideal Conditions highly enough.
