Our Mitsubishi minisplit system stopped working and the company that had installed it a couple of years ago was unable to repair it. They randomly replaced components without properly diagnosing the root cause. Meanwhile, my family suffered without AC during the heat for several months. Iceberg came with the right people on the very first day. Unlike the other company they had highly qualified technicians who did not waste time. I cannot say enough good things about Iceberg's communication and responsiveness. Linda handles their back office. She informed me about every step while ordering the warranty parts and scheduling the on-site visits. The repair team (Rafael and Isajah) were very professional and efficient. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Everything was very professional, from start to finish. I deal with a lot of contractors, and Iceberg just moved the bar higher. I have not seen anybody who came close to this experience for several years. Service like this is hard to find nowadays.

Everyone on my block that had previously used Iceberg Mechanical Corp. highly recommended them. An architect on the block informed me that he works exclusively with Iceberg, and recommended them as well. After doing my due diligence and getting about four estimates regarding installation of the Mitsubishi Mini-Splits in my top floor rental apartment, I decided to have Iceberg Mechanical do the installation. The head of the company answered my many questions prior to my engagement of their services, and provided a loan agreement through Synchrony. The workers at Iceberg Mechanical were efficient, communicated well, and did a great job. They provided me with pictures of the compressor on the roof, and sealed up any channels created in the walls that were made during the installation process. In summary, I highly recommend Iceberg Mechanical for installation of the Mitsubishi Mini Splits. Update, a year later I had Iceberg Mechanical Corp. install two units each on my ground and parlor floors. I was impressed with how hard and diligently the crew worked to make the installation. They were very responsive to answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way and making adjustments per my requests re wall placement of the units. Paul Hamel was very responsive to all my emails, concerns and questions and re inter-facing with his work crew. Zaza, the Iceberg contractor who restored the holes in the walls and painted the walls after the installation did excellent work. He was also very helpful in working with me to restore the breadboard in the 1/2 bath removed to get the conduits to the compressor in the backyard, to its original construction. I am especially pleased to use the Mitsubishi app for controlling all the units.
