Over the years, I have had typical and non-typical problems, and the Ice King crew has been persistent in finding the root cause and installing a successful repair. I'm 92 years old and I had a really difficult situation at the house. Dan quickly sent 2 of his Technicians, Mike and Doug, out and they spent a number of hours getting me out of my trouble.
