If I could rate 0 stars I would. They made us wait 2 weeks for service, their tech showed up 35 minutes before the schedule time window, was very unprofessional. When I told him the attic was the garage he said very loud and angrily “Oh I’m not going in the attic!” He asked me if my AC unit was working, I told him “yes, it’s not blowing air as I told the lady who scheduled the service and the blowers in the attic.” I then said “We have been waiting for weeks now with no AC and you’re telling me you can’t go in the attic? Your company should probably figure it out then!” He threw his hand in my face and said aggressively “Find someone else because I’m not doing it!” And stormed off my property. He didn’t even diagnose anything or look at anything. Just showed up early to a job with no notification. Luckily I was even home and did nothing but irritate us. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as an HVAC company that didn’t go in attics. Pretty sure that’s part of the job. Anyway, this company shouldn’t be listed as a partner for American Home Shield in my opinion. They have the worst reviews online I’ve ever seen and now I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing it today. Thanks for that. I tried calling their office right after this incident and of course no answer but that was expected after reading everyone’s reviews. AHS should really cancel them off their vendor list it just makes them look bad. Contracted vendors need to be held to a standard and this company is below standard.
