The estimate process was smooth and professional sorting out design issues to ensure the installation would go smoothly and the mini split I wanted worked as expected. On the day of the installation, The techs were professional, skilled, and responsive to my requests. The completed the work in just a day, ensured it worked and cleaned up afterwards. They removed the old gas wall heater and capped it off, completed the installation and then added drywall to cover the hole left by the heater. Nicely done, all around. 10/10 would hire again.

We had a great experience with Hussey Bros! They were quick to respond and had our AC up and running in no time. They were also very communicative about their timing which we really appreciated. It made scheduling easy and stress-free. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have held the team here in high regard and have recommended it to multiple friends. Now, I feel horrible for having done that. It has been a very bitter experience after the install. It been almost 22 months since I have had the installation done. Sadly, there have been 14 times, I've had to call Hussey bros to send out a technician to fix the unit. TL;DR: The installation technician wasn't trained adequately and used the wrong methods to snip a wire which caused the prolonged arcing/short-circuit over time. Upon talking with the owner of Hussey Bros Liz, she told me that those technicians are no longer with the company - I truly expected more than just that. A more recent technician also used the same wire splicing technique which could cause the insulation to rupture. I'll share more details in the review shortly. Meanwhile, updating the review so folks take a more educated approach to making the decision. Adding pictures of the short-circuited wiring (this could have caused the house to burn down) and it did electrocute my family on one occasion.
