Summit Fire Protection contracted with Hot Side for assistance with a refrigeration unit on a bulk CO2 pressure vessel. There was a string of errors on the part of the CO2 vessel manufacturer that led to multiple technician trips by Hot Side to resolve the problem. They were fantastic to work with! Quick responses, flexible schedule, very fair pricing, and Chris was very helpful in resolving the mfg tech support issue. I highly recommend Hot Side for refrigeration work!

Just had a gentleman come out this morning (can't for the life of me remember his name) and install our new hot line equipment. Asked him if he could clean up the gas line routes as our first install was done poorly. Exceeded all expectations. They have our business from here on out! Also want to mention how pleasant the dispatcher is to deal with(Gabriel I think?) Keep it up ya'll!
