Several years ago, we hired Horbett Heating and Cooling because they were listed as able to work on Aprilaire products. Our humidifier had not worked properly since the new furnace was installed. The humidifier was quickly re-wired and is working great. Since then, we have hired them for my annual furnace and A/C routine service. We bought a whole-house filter and a salt-free softener and needed them installed. Knowing they did some piping work on things like boilers, we took a shot at asking them if they could do the job. Ken Horbett came to the house, and within a couple of days, we had what we considered a very reasonable free estimate. A two-man installation crew arrived. We talked about what we wanted; they understood and went right to work. This friendly, professional pair left us with a very nice installation and a clean work area.
