I had an excellent experience with The Waterworks and Hetter Heating & Cooling. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The technicians took the time to thoroughly explain the work being performed, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was completed correctly. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was done right the first time. It's refreshing to work with a company that values customer service and takes pride in the quality of its work. I highly recommend The Waterworks and Hetter Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, professional heating and cooling services.

Polite and easy to schedule. Service person Ricky was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave our HVAC system a thorough once-over. They gave a clean bill of health and did not diagnose any unnecessary repairs. A subscription was offered, but not pressed upon decline. I truly appreciate the low pressure approach. Will definitely use their services again as needed.

I’m not a big fan of star ratings. I was saddened to see Wolff and sons had merged or sold to waterworks. I like the smaller family businesses. They prefer to replace a part verses the unit. 80 % of mechanical failure is due to dirt. Larger company’s want to replace full units or larger parts instead of replacing small parts ( less expensive).I’m in search of a small family business who doesn’t want to inflate costs. I believe waterworks and larger company’s do this. My technician was great, Bobby was his name. He was kind, professional and did his part. My a/c unit is running for now. I got the expected estimate for repair. Larger company’s mission is to replace units instead of smaller parts. A simple part turns into a larger replacement.I’ve decided between DIY and my brothers help, I’ll be doing the services moving forward.
