Kenneth installed 2 mini-split AC/heater combos in our guesthouse a couple years ago. When we went to turn the heat on recently, neither unit would blow any hot air. He came out quickly to assess the situation and returned the next day to solve the problem. Kenneth just finished a fairly complicated install of 2 heat pump AC systems in my very quirky 100 year old house that never had AC and only had heat downstairs, and I was very happy with him and his work from start to finish. I'm VERY particular about most everything, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the location of the units, ducts and vents. He left the work area clean each day, is totally trustworthy (I had to be out of the house for a lot of the time he was here), and he's just a pleasant guy to work with. Also, his pricing is better than others I called. Would recommend 100%

Heating Alternatives LLC did an above and beyond job for us. Kenneth picked up the phone right away, squeezed me in the next day, and fixed my heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. These kinds of repairs are not always simple or straightforward and our setup has a lot of problems, but Kenneth was not daunted. There will be more work ahead and he is the only person we will call for all of our heater/HVAC needs. Highly recommend, A+.
