I reached out for help with my walk-in cooler, which had been working fine since they last serviced it in November 2022. They refused to assist because I hadn't called them within the past year, despite their previous repair. This policy is not only illogical but also incredibly frustrating since they were the last to work on the walk-in cooler. Are we supposed to call every year for equipment that is working properly just to stay on their current customer list? It's clear they prioritize arbitrary rules over customer satisfaction and reliability. If you value consistency and dependable service, look elsewhere. This experience demonstrates their lack of commitment to customers and their willingness to neglect past work. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that values your business and stands by their repairs.

We Googled to find a refrigeration company to disconnect - remove - relocate - and reconnect - our walk-in cooler equipment from our pantry in North Omaha to our new location in South Omaha. Lucky for me I called Mark O'kane - owner of Heartland Refrigeration. From our first conversation, I knew Mark was the man we needed. We met today at the North Omaha site - two hours later they completed the task at the first location. We are to call him to complete the project when we've made our move to South Omaha - and are ready for them to again preform their magic. I offered to give him a check for the whole project today. Had a terrible experience with Heartland Refrigeration. They were not able to fix my Ice Merchandiser even after the replacing parts and suggested that I change the compressor, which is basically like buying a new Ice Merchandiser. I then called Marking Refrigeration for the same problem which they were able to fix by changing a small fan inside the machine. And Heartland Refrigeration still made me pay for everything even though they were not able to fix anything. I will never use Heartland Refrigeration for my refrigeration needs in the future.
