Hale's Heating & Cooling LLC

My AC went out and I called Hales Heating & Cooling. They responded incredibly fast and had a technician out first thing this morning. Robert was the technician and he was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me pictures of where the outdoor unit may have had a fire, which helped me understand exactly what was going on. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced, but I really appreciated how thorough and honest he was about the situation. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He was very friendly, respectful of the home, and even put on plastic shoe covers before coming inside. Great service, fast response, and a very professional technician. I would absolutely recommend Hales to anyone needing HVAC service.

Chris provided fantastic service during one of the snow days on a weekend. My basement heater went out and Hales was quick to have Chris dispatched to my house. A reasonable rate during a snow as well. I can’t thank them enough as pipes freezing was a major concern of mine. I’d recommend everyone I know to use Hale’s.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. When I posted on Facebook needing someone to come look at our AC Trey reached right away and in no time we had a technician name Chris at our door ready to get our AC working again. He has us up and running with in the hour. He was super nice, knowledgeable and polite. I will recommend them anyone. Thank you again for saving us.
