⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding HVAC Experience with Grove HVAC I recently had Grove HVAC replace my 30+ year old HVAC system with a new Rheem two-stage heat pump and variable-speed air handler, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, Larry was exceptional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different equipment options, and never pressured me into upgrading to something I didn't need. He listened to my concerns about airflow, comfort on the second floor, humidity control, filtration, and long-term operating costs, and helped design a system that addressed all of them. The installation crew was equally impressive. Their workmanship was outstanding. They didn't just swap equipment—they improved the overall system. They enlarged the return air drop, installed a 4-inch AprilAire media filter cabinet, added a basement return and supply for better airflow management, relocated the outdoor unit, and left everything looking neat, professional, and well thought out. The ductwork transitions and overall installation quality exceeded my expectations. The new system is dramatically quieter than my old unit, airflow throughout the house is noticeably improved, and the entire installation looks clean and professionally executed. It's obvious that the installers take pride in their work. What impressed me most was that Grove focused on doing the job correctly rather than simply replacing equipment. They paid attention to airflow, return sizing, filtration, comfort, and overall system performance. Grove is an amazing company. Derrick was my technician and he was knowledgeable and polite. Diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, ordered the correct part and was back within a week to make a final repair. Meanwhile got the heat working on emergency heat until he could get back.
