When we moved into our new house, the AC wasn’t working at all. So it’s been REALLY hot. Chris came out and fixed it super quick! Absolutely amazing service! He knew what the issue was right away, was able to go get the part and get back in about 10 minutes and fixed the whole system. Even cleaned it all out so we don’t have any further issues when it starts getting hot. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the job Chris did. I also want to say a big thank you because he really did go above and beyond. It had been a struggle all day to get my 6 month old down for a nap. He happened to start falling asleep right when Chris arrived. He was so respectful and almost completely silent the whole time. I didn’t even hear him in the roof. For him to recognize the situation and get everything done with the highest amount of professionalism, kindness and strict attention that o detail was more than I could have asked for. I highly recommend their service to any and everyone!

I called Grogan Mechanical when my heater stopped working. The technician came out the same day and fixed my heater. He was friendly and knowledgeable of my heating unit. I cannot say enough positive things about Grogan Mechanical, and specifically Cole and Monique. They helped me navigate a very difficult home warranty repair of my AC system, including the condenser and coil. They were informative and patient, explaining all of the technical aspects of the repair. And when it came time for the work to occur, they were incredibly responsive and did a pro job. I will not hesitate to use them for all of my future AC and heating needs.
