Tried to order parts from them and it took them 3 days to get back to me. I asked simply for an invoice or receipt to be included with my order as normally it would be. Well they didn't include that. so its been another 3 days just trying to get them to email me that! The only reason i need it was for records and to get my money back from work for getting these parts. you'd think that when your on the phone with them and they tell you "yup yup just emailed it to you.". Kinda pathetic if you cant even send a damn email of a receipt that should have come with the order in the first place. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Service is a joke.

I asked for service on my machine and the very rude person on the phone wanted to know why I was calling them if wasn’t a regular customer and why I wouldn’t just call the company we’ve used in the past.
