Shopping at Grainger is a no hassle experience. I place my order online, adding to it over the course of the week, and in a few days I head to the store for pick-up. Ms. Ebony always greets me with a smile and she remembers me from one visit to the next. That personal touch goes a long way. She is also a pro, checking off numerous orders as we load and never once have I left shorthanded. It is nice dealing with pros who don't waste your time and who are on top of their game. They always remember your name if you are a repeat customer. I also picked up today and Lucas had boxes from the last order picked up because it had fallen in the parking lot (last order picked up was weeks ago) Def go here often. Staff is great.
