I ordered something online but ended up having to return it in-store, and that process wasn’t exactly straightforward from the start. I couldn’t find a return option online without having to call a 1-800 number, which is usually more trouble than it’s worth, so I just decided to handle it in person. This was my first time visiting this location, and while it’s a bit tucked away and not in the best part of town, the experience itself was still solid. The return process at the counter took a little while, I watched the desk attendant click through what felt like a million steps before it was finally completed. Was it the most convenient process? Not really. But in the end, I was able to return the item without any issues, and that’s what matters most.

First time of ever going in here with my hubby and the customer service is AMAZING so hard to find customer service like that anywhere these days! Very helpful and polite especially Clark! The place is very nice neat and clean! They also have coffee for the customers! Will deff recommend!
