Mr. Brandon was dispatched to our home within 2 hours of calling for heat repair service on a Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part (igniter), and had my heat up and running in no time. Perfect because its been in the teens here at night and the unit went down in the middle of the early hours of Sunday. He is honest, great pricing, reliable, and genuinely a great person. He did not take advantage of our dilemma but instead made sure he fixed our issue while keeping our costs low. My family and I have now found our heating and AC company for any future issues.
