Gold Mech

We had a burst water pipe for our home. I had not used Gold Mech before but husband’s business had. I decided to call and they were very responsive from first call to my last. Jackson Eller and his co worker arrived and went straight to work. They explained everything that needed to be done and why. We not only needed the repair but also a pressure reducer to our line. All was accomplished. Very pleased. We discuss vetoed the following day that an adjustment was needed to the pressure reducer so they sent Drew Eller in a very timely manner to handle that adjustment. Very pleased. Happy to have discovered that Gold Mech offers plumbing services also. We will be calling them again as needed. Jackson and Drew were both a pleasure to work with…will request them in the future. Michael performed our home’s AC maintenance today and was very professional, kind and efficient. He started work inside with clean shoes so as to not make a mess in our home and then completed servicing of our three units outside. GoldMech technicians are always professional!
