Zero headache, quick, great FAIR pricing compared to everywhere else we’ve looked and friendly service. We needed our bypass humidifier replaced as it was never serviced by the previous homeowner. We started to have random headaches and allergies/sneezing. By the time we found out our humidifier had started leaking, that was when we also discovered it was never serviced and that mold had built up inside of it. We immediately looked around for places to do the replacement and GMI was the only place that offered fair pricing. Jose was our technician and he was very accommodating. He explained the whole process, was quick to do the work and had excellent attention to detail. GMI as a company is the definition of a family oriented business that treats their customers fairly and as if they were their own family as well.

HVAC System Repair + Maintenance: Our shop heater failed this morning and Jimmy came relatively fast and fixed our furnace. He educated us about the issue and preventative care: maintenance. Diego suggested we do their "Comfort Club" to avoid any future issues. I joined their maintenance program!
