Hired them thru Thumbtack. They charged me $500 to replace a motor assembly (technician Alexander) for my Samsung refrigerator. They told me it had a 60 day warranty for parts and labor (as stated on invoice). 25 days later the same issue came up. I called back and they said they would contact the technician to see when he could go back? Called 3 times and nobody ever called me. Once they have your business they don’t care to call back. Guess they figure warranty call backs don’t pay bills. No customer service.

There’s something oddly vulnerable about letting someone into your home to fix something that matters to your routine. These folks made it feel easy. Courteous, skilled, and respectful. My oven works again, and I didn’t feel like I had to hover or worry. That says a lot.
