Candice is always very helpful with scheduling information, pickup dates and serviced units that are ready for pick up. She watches my account to notify me of high cost part orders so that i have an opportunity to verify that expenditure is approved. Always friendly and helpful! Service Technician Jason, has been a great asset to us, he is prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. Jason's repairs are accurate and dependable. He is a good fit in our school environment.

Ryan is the best! In the restaurant business, we see a lot of technicians, and he’s got great customer service down to an art! Ryan is knowledgeable and friendly...and is the first one we call when we have a problem. He came to fix our oven and had it back in working order in no time, and also took the time to show us how it broke and how to prevent it from occurring again. You couldn’t ask for anyone better

Charged me $300 to come look at my mixer. Then had to call a couple times to find out if they were going to order the part or if it was coming or if they were going to fix it. A week later they let me know it’s out of stock. $300 for someone to come stand and stare at my mixer for 10 min. Pretty ridiculous. Your reply to this review doesn’t offer me any comfort. Thats as generic of a response as they come. You said you needed a credit card on file to come out and take a look at the scope of work. You then charged me without any notice or even explanation or even making me aware of any amount needed for you to come out. If you’d at least have said “hey it’s $289 for us to come even take a look at it that’d be one thing but you guys didn’t even mention an amount of money (even when I asked the tech who came out what he thought this would cost, he said his supervisor would reach out to me). I still haven’t received a receipt or invoice. “Making you aware?” That was what my phone calls trying to get you to tell me if you were coming to do the work were for. The review is because you take advantage of small businesses.
