A complete comedy of errors. Staff avoids answering the phones, employees do not know what services they provide, will not even ASSIST in loading but helped unload (make sense ?). PROMISE one thing, deliver something else then change the rules to what suits their needs once the machine was in their custody. Save yourself the headache!!!

Few issues with the last service we had from this group. First, had a tech out to trouble shoot, made a few adjustments and oven then acted up on day 2. Day 2 issues and talked to tech to let him know. He indicted what to look for on the oven issue we were having. I called him back and then he states "I know what is going on, I'll be right there" I thought great! Hopefully won't have another bill for day two in excess of $300. He comes doesn't have all the parts he needs to get the job done, wasted trip in my book. If you know what the problem is why waste my money coming for not being able to complete the job. I authorize the parts and office states we should be out Friday, the following day to complete. At this point we've only been functioning on 1/2 of the ovens we normally use daily. Tech calls day 3, Monday now, says how has the oven been working? Well.... I said we've been waiting for parts to get this fixed so we haven't used it. If it would be working why the heck would I order parts to finish the repair... Comes out fixes it. Tech was personable and has been here in the past, always does his job. Now I get the bill.... rose a couple concerns and got an email from the District Manager Kena W. States she went over the notes and all charges warranted. So, I asked if we could have a discussion on a few things she states she would call. The day she emailed she was out of the office, ok fine give me a call when you're back in the office. That was September 11, now today September 24 never received that call. Great follow up kids. Bill has an itemizes listing, parts freight 79.95, holy cow!! I can buy parts from the same parts place and never have I paid that much in shipping. Then service call charge 127.50, Labor 500.00 Zone travel 160. Questions: service charge, for what? Labor, excessive but whatever, Zone travel charge 160 wowza that seems like a lot of maintenance cost for a guy in a van. So here's the deal. I'm sure I won't get a call, if I do I'd like a call from someone who is able to give a good explanation of what the heck is going on here, NOT GM Kena. Charges in the past have not been this crazy. Review of tech, I'll go 3 stars, watsted trip got you dude, review of organization and service follow up -2 stars if that were possible... Next time.... there won't be a next time. Thanks

Amazing company. I'm a facility director at a senior living community and when on of the ovens go down in the kitchen they are first call. Always has a quick response and Scott is great at what he does always gets up and running as quickly as possible
