Do Not Use Them!! They came out to check on issue, had me leave a $200 deposit, then charged me just under $1000 for a repair that "rebuilt the compressor" for a very small deli line cooler. WAY over charged and nickel and dime with fees like : Freight, Service call, Labor, Zone Travel $170 (we are in Meridian as they are too). The line is only worth $2000, they did not provide services or goods that equalled the fees I was charged and looked to charge me as much as possible. I would not advise anyone use a company that operates like this. I was looking for a good company that believes in partnership and could service my commercial kitchen equipment in the future, it will absolutely not be them. C'mon guys, everyone is struggling right now, don't take advantage of small businesses like this!
