Was told they were unable to fix our equipment but we’re still charged the full amount. I understand we would be charged the trip fee but we should have something deducted since our equipment wasn’t even touched and the tech wasn’t there more than 15 minutes. Will not be using this company for our restaurants in the future.

Marc S. did a professional installation of the Rational ICombi Pro convection oven. This was extremely complicated job since the size of the oven and existing plumbing/electrical/gas infrastructure presented multiple challenges. Marc was literally hand holding us every step of the way resulting in a seamless installation. Bought a Jennair built in refrigerator in 2017 for over $10,000 at Best Buy. It has been leaking since April 2024, now June 2024. Best Buy came out to repair. Needs a new door. Every appt has been canceled and no door yet. No door, no follow-up we keep calling. Waste of money and time. Attached is a picture of the damage it has done to our cabinet. Do not buy this. Had a Sub Zero for over 20 years, much better.
