Great experience with the team from Fuse Service! I had my old tired furnace replaced with a four zone ductless mini split. The initial estimate was completed two weeks ago, and the project coordinator showed up Monday. By Wednesday the install started, and I was getting nice cool air by mid-day Friday. Vlad and the team did a great job explaining what they were doing, cleaning up each day as they finished. The end result looks like it came with the house, and works great. I would recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your HVAC to a heat pump.

I own a small office building that needed a new HVAC system. Dealing with Fuse was a terrible experience. They operate in a mumble, stumble and bumble way. The estimator Gene was late showing up to the initial inspection, didn't call to tell us he was running 2 hours late. We then had to reschedule it for the next day. Then Melanie forgot to put us on the installation schedule despite Gene's claim that he told her to do so. Then the day before the installation, they called and said they forgot to get the proper type of building permit. Avoid this unprofessional company if you can. They are incompetent and are not to be trusted. Don't be fooled by their apologies and pleasant demeanor. It means nothing.
