Franklin Heating Cooling and Refrigeration

I had a great experience with Franklin Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration. Gary, the Residential Consultant, provided a same-day estimate with a couple of well-priced options. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive—even returning calls and messages on evenings and weekends. The installation team, Scott and Denisen, were equally impressive. They were friendly, experienced, and took the time to explain the new system in detail while answering all my questions. I highly recommend their services.

From beginning to end this was a very smooth process. Putting my info in for the estimate was very easy and I had the call the following day. We scheduled a time for them to come out and Michelle came when my wife was home. Michelle gathered photos, provided my wife with an information booklet and said she would be in contact with the estimates. She reached out shortly after as promised and provided me the estimates. This was not the cheapest, but we felt we were getting value for our money. We signed and was provided install the next day (Spring time, before to all heat waves). Prior to install, the provided me with a range of when they were going to be there. Morning of, I received a call with a 30 minute heads up that allowed me to get everything in order. Scott and David were polite, courteous, used Yes sir/no sir (not that it mattered). They laid drop cloth to ensure no tracks were left. Most importantly, they meant business. They kept me informed every step of the way, and when it came time to show the finished product, they walked me through every single thing they did. By far one of the cleanest installs I’ve seen. Outside, The coil lines ran from the outdoor unit to the house looked meticulous. They cleaned up the yard of debris, threw all trash away, even took my recycling out! The took the old unit and furnace rather than placing it on the street. Inside, they ensured no trace was left. They even wired in a furnace disconnect switch!! Overall smooth experience, if given the choice, I would choose them time after time. You just earned yourself a lifelong customer!

Shane and Nate came out to perform a full HVAC removal and install. They were very personable and professional. They did great work and we are thrilled with the new system. We happily recommend Franklin Heating and Cooling based on our experience. Shout out to Ryan for coming out and providing guidance and an estimate as well. Shane and Nate deserve a raise in my eyes.
