Forest Air Conditioning & Heating

This past Monday we had a n issue with our AC. Tamara scheduled Troy to come out that afternoon. The issue required a return visit for a more major repair. As always Troy was excellent at both repairing and suggesting some enhancements. He is top notch and Forest Airs customer service is excellent!

After 4 HVAC professionals couldn’t fix my unit, I started getting estimates for a new unit. Danny, from Forest Air insisted he could fix it after I’d given up hope. It is now running fine and no longer blowing fuses or frying thermostats. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with the work done on our A/C unit by the Forest Air technician. He arrived right on time, was very professional and knowledgeable and did not try to upsell us on additional parts or service. Our unit is 13 years old, and rather than sell us on a whole new system, the tech worked to keep our current system operating properly for another couple of years. We will definitely use them again.
