We had an excellent experience with Fernando Hernandez during the maintenance of our AC unit.He was very thorough in his work. Ensuring everything was in top condition! He even took the time to give us helpful tips on prolonging the life of our unit. As an added bonus, he went above and beyond by applying WD 40 to our creaking sliding door! Horrible company. Very bad customer service. Girl was sarcastic, kept giving excuses and did not care to accommodate a company that has been hiring them for years. Called them to check on an A/C unit, technician shows up and says he cant do it alone, needs another guy, will "come back tomorrow". Next day they don't come back, we have to call them 3 times and they give us excuses and lies. Girl said 20 mins, its more than 2 hours and no one comes. Technician apparently showed up, didn't "find parking" and left. Unprofessional, liars and irresponsible. Better luck with another company.
