My gratitude to Dallin, JJ, and Jason who fixed a badly installed minisplit done by GC and another hvac company. Many AC companies here don’t do things right way, resulting in failure. Sell you stuff you don’t need. This company is integrity based, reasonable and explain everything so one develops an understanding. This start with drainage issue, recharge of AC, everything others tout as impossible. Will give 5 star company my future business.

Five Star Mechanical did a great job with my AC. I called multiple companies at 11 pm and they all had AI bots answer the phone and tell me they could only come out the next morning. I got to Five Star Mechanical and Dallin picked up the phone and said he could be here in 20 minutes. He got the system diagnosed and repaired within the hour and I had a cool rest of the night!
