He does our summer and winter checks to make sure everything is running at peak performance! They are professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Also their prices are fair. On May 21, 2026, my air conditioning started leaking. I submitted a service request and was assigned Fire and Ice Heating and Air Conditioning. After I submitted the request through my home warranty, no one from the AC company contacted me. I had to call them myself. I called at 10:00 AM, again at 12:00 PM, and once more at 2:35 PM. During the last call, someone answered and told me they didn’t have anyone available for service that day. I explained that I had spoken to someone earlier who said they would get back to me, but I hadn’t received any follow-up, and I had to keep calling for updates. Finally, someone called me back at 2:45 PM and said a technician would arrive at 7:00 PM. I emphasized that my AC was leaking, and my ceiling, insulation, and laundry room were wet. I needed urgent assistance. Because of the delay, my neighbor had to go into my attic and unclog my drain to prevent my house from flooding while I was waiting. The technician arrived at 7:00 PM and was finished within five minutes. He checked the AC, which had water sitting in the overflow pan. I asked him what needed to be done about the water, but he said he couldn’t help because he didn’t have a wet vac and was only there to check the AC. I thanked him and went back to my day. Throughout the day, there was no communication from the company. I missed an entire day of work just to stay home and wait, with no updates unless I called. Towards the end of the day, I was about to lose patience, and I can confidently say this was handled very poorly. I will not be using this company again.

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. They are completely unprofessional and show a total lack of care in their work. The quality is poor and they ignore basic details. I have lost all respect for them. My experience was a disaster from start to finish. I truly hate this company.
