Jason and his crew are very professional. They don’t beat around the bush. They tell you exactly what needs to be done. I thought I had to change all of my air ducts but he told me no. Just the ones that are damaged. He said there’s no need too. Another company told me I had to and it would cost me $2800 but Jason charged $1000 just for the ones needed to be replaced. If you live in Metairie, Kenner, or just anywhere in Louisiana, the service at Fin Mechanical is 100% the best experience if you need anything for your air conditioning. Jason was THE BEST. We came home from a short trip and saw that our A/C turned off and in need of a mechanic at night. It was 85 degrees in our house, and we didn’t know why or what happened. Jason was quick to respond to us and come check out what happened. At 9pm, he found a leak in my outdoor unit, immediately got to work at night time, and had my unit sealed up and ready to go. He had it up and running again within 3 hours. It was hands down the best solution I could have had at that time of night. I am definitely only calling them if I need any maintenance on my AC unit. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else, especially with that kind of personal service and immediate solutions. He deeply cared about our situation, and did what he needed to do to help us.
