The employee who sits at the far right of the left counter (I don’t know her name) is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in recently looking for a part I had simply overlooked on the shelf. When I asked if they carried it, she snapped at me, pointed sharply, and barked, “It’s right there!” The tone was so abrupt and hostile that I was genuinely shocked. A coworker who flew in from out of state to help on the same job later told me he had the exact same negative experience with her. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wondered if she might be neurodivergent, but I watched her be perfectly pleasant and helpful to every other customer who came in after me. So it clearly wasn’t a bad day or a disability, it was just directed at me for no apparent reason. I now avoid her counter completely. Heads up to everyone else: if you get her, expect short, rude service. Just manage your expectations before you walk in.
