Ferguson HVAC Supply

No specific problem with this particular branch or its employees, but there's no generic "Ferguson" Google listing that I can review, so this is the only way I know to get anybody's attention. It's a very poor design choice that the folks who handle warranties (processing claims, issuing credits, etc.) are completely unreachable by phone. You either ought be able to call and speak to someone or leave a voicemail, or the folks who aren't reachable by phone need to give prompt, 24-hour turnaround time for responses to e-mails. There's a dedicated phone line for warranties for Slakey's and Lennos, a dedicated warranty point person at Johnstone you can call, and folks at the counters of Heating & Cooling Supply, U.S. Air Conditioning, United Refrigeration, etc. will all help answer questions about warranty claims. Hopefully this is something that Ferguson can change in the future.
