Excel Mechanical Plumbing is truly top-notch. From the first phone call to the final inspection, their professionalism and attention to detail were obvious. The technician arrived on time, explained every step of the work, and made sure the job site was clean before leaving. The pricing was transparent with no surprise charges, and the quality of the repair exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a plumbing company that’s this reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous. I’ll definitely be calling Excel Mechanical Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work. ThANK YOU WIDY R . I cannot say enough good things about this company. Reasonable prices for my service agreement for my home, technicians are friendly and professional, plumbing is fast and respectful of my property. I would use them over any other HVAC or Plumbing company because of the service that I have experienced there.

A update from 5 months ago. Same name just different clowns. Say there going to show up. Nothing... Reading reviews. Can you tell that most the good ratings for these guys don't say anything about them? That's not good ..lol. I believe in paying good. For good men. Having my own moving service for many years in the past I have realized that if you pay a honest wage, your men are very valuable to the company. I'm giving 1 star out of Kindness. I moved in a apartment complex where they were installing A.C. Units. They had a mess from ground, to 4th floor. A.C. units, old debris, and tools laying around everywhere. They accused my movers of stealing a A.C. unit. Not knowing that they were serious, one of them was very intimidating toward me, and angry. Knowing my guys came from Primavera "non-profit Organization" I knew my guys wouldn't steal anything even as a joke ( especially a A.C. unit). We carried on through their garbage in the way along with mics. tools just to get this small move on it's way. Days after the move .. A.C. unit box lid's are flying off the roof on windy days (remember 4th floor). One day it got so windy I had to call management because one of their A.C.units that was in use, tipped over. That was very irresponsible not clearing off the roof on a daily basis. Imagine someone getting cut in the eye by a flying box lid. And making things clear on the walks so residents can get by, and not using the only elevator for "them" to use. And this happened till the job was complete. As a result to my new A.C. I called the office as the thermostat "I think" is not working right. Being a Phoenix native and dealing with the heat for years, I put my thermostat at 77, very reasonable. And the A.C. is running continuously at 79. And when it does shut off it'll stay that way. So it doesn't get any cooler. So the service guy wanted to try and explain about windows, doors, and how old the place is. Which I understand. But I'm telling you that with the monsoons soon to come? And A.C. struggling at 77? They will be back. Overall I wouldn't let these guys work on my property, let alone a commercial one. Very dangerous to be around as safety is #1. I believe OSHA could have shut them down.....Peace.
