Excel Mechanical

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My partner was recently calling about an A/C unit under their contract and was rudely hung up on and ignored by someone named “Kelly” . Keep in mind this company has taken over a MONTH to fix our A/C in the middle of summer. They have the most laziest technicians that aren’t knowledgeable what so ever, I would definitely find another company to contact your A/C repairs through, Because they will definitely leave you in 90 degree weather with zero response or customer service. Edit: Looks like complaining gets you somewhere with this company. A/C fixed!! ….only a month later.

The tech that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and he followed up throughout and after the project to ensure things were done correctly, and that things worked after the fact. I was extremely happy with the service received and would recommend them to any homeowner or company considering them for services.

I have used Excel Mechanical in the past and had an acceptable level of service, depending on the tech. However, today I was extremely disappointed in their lack of follow through and communication. I was told that my facility would be a priority since it is healthcare and that someone would be out today. I received no phone call and found out at 4:00 that no one showed up. When I called to inquire as to why no one came, I was given no explanation or apology by Kyle, and was merely told that if we wanted someone to come out, it would be at an overtime rate. I have never had the poor level of service pr lack of consideration in healthcare that was provided today by Excel. If you need guaranteed services, you are best to look elsewhere.
