I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Estes Heating & Air regarding the commercial freezer repair. While the company initially responded to assess the unit, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Communication was unclear, follow-up was inconsistent, and the information provided regarding services and capabilities appeared misleading. As a result, the issue was not addressed with the level of professionalism and transparency expected for a commercial refrigeration repair. Moving forward, it may be necessary to explore alternative vendors that can provide clearer communication, accurate representation of services, and reliable expertise in commercial refrigeration repair.
