We had English Air Inc. install two new 3-ton HVAC systems in our home and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The difference in air quality and comfort was noticeable immediately. The house feels cleaner and the humidity control is much better. What impressed me most is that they didn’t just replace the AC units — they improved the system design by increasing the return air intake size, which made a huge difference in airflow and performance. The installation itself was very professional. The team flushed the lines, pressure tested the system, installed new thermostats, and made sure everything was running perfectly before finishing the job. They clearly take pride in their work and left everything clean and organized when they were done. Anton was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, honest, and provided a very fair price that beat several other HVAC quotes we received. As a nice personal touch, he even brought us a mango tree because he knew we grow fruit trees. Overall, this was the best customer service experience I’ve had with a home service company. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC contractor in Central Florida, I highly recommend English Air Inc.

These people are terrible. I called them out. They sent a junior technician out who did not actually diagnose the issue on the system. Even though the symptoms were given to her, she ignored some of them. They were paid for the first service call and to perform the work to fix the system. They didn’t fix the system. They repaired apart, but it did not fix the system. I called them the next day and told them the system still was not working, I called and they told me they would send another technician out with no charge since the system was never actually working fully. The technician came out diagnosed a different problem. Said the system probably should adjust been replaced from the start, And then attempted to charge me a service coffee, which we had agreed on the phone I would not be charged. I refused and Told them if they’d like to have a supervisor call me I would be happy to discuss that with them, Instead of calling me and having a discussion like adults, they filed a lien against my property. No discussion. They did not perform the work they were supposed to on the first call so they should not get to bill me a second time. Do not use these pepole. They also took over a week to get common parts to repair the system. Update: Age of the System has nothing to do with the issue I had. English Air Inc. failed to fully diagnose my system, resulting in only a partial repair. Despite this miscommunication by staff, they demanded I pay the full amount. They claimed I had no proof of my initial request and threatened to place a lien on my property. Feeling forced under duress to avoid the extensive process of lien removal, I agreed to pay half the invoice. Furthermore, they were unable to provide a physical or text invoice, or even a quote when the second technician came out to complete the diagnoses, leaving me no option but to provide my credit card over the phone with no documentation or receipt of the agreed-upon amount. I would stongly recommend you find another AC company these people do not know what they are doing. They expect the customer to be an expert on what is going wrong with the system. I am leaving this transaction feeling extorted.

Why does the AC always seem to quit on a Friday afternoon? After a few too many stressful experiences, I finally decided to sign up for a membership that guarantees priority service when I need it most. I chose English Air because they’re local to Orlando and have consistently strong reviews. The membership runs me $20/month and includes several worthwhile perks: priority scheduling, bi-annual tune-ups, and a 10% discount on repairs. Recently, it was time for my routine tune-up, and English Air sent out Robby. He arrived on time, was personable, and clearly knew his stuff. He spent a little over an hour going through the system and found no major issues—just a dirty filter, which he replaced. Robby also offered a few recommendations for future consideration, but there was absolutely no hard sell, which I appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude are what inspired me to write this review. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly seems to enjoy their work instead of just going through the motions. Well done. Let’s hope my AC unit behaves… especially on Fridays.
