Energy Savers of Columbus

My husband got a service contract with Energy Savers and he is usually home when they service our system. Well, I noticed my bedroom was not as cool. I checked the thermostat and it’s set on 72 but the house is at 75. I googled some things to try. I tried them an d the downstairs was still not cooling to what the thermostat was set on. I called my husband and he reached out to ES and they sent Allen P. over to do a diagnostic on the system. It took a little bit but Allen found a small leak where we were losing the refrigerant. He told us the cost of everything and contacted his boss. He said someone would be back to fix it the next day. Allen was back the next day to fix it! He was so professional and well mannered. He is also very knowledgeable and spoke to us about our current system and when we should be looking to replace it and what we should expect to pay. I love the company sends a pic of the technician. Great service and professionalism!

Excellent service from Shaun! The technician came out on a Saturday around 6 PM to fix a wiring issue with my HVAC system. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had.
