Since moving to Rochester, we've worked with Empire for both a boiler replacement, and an installation of a new mini-split A/C system. On both installations, the team was courteous and friendly. While we had some issues with the boiler after installation, they were always quick to follow up and fix/patch any leaks. They treat us like family. Our A/C installation went smoothly and works perfectly for our home.
