Called the company at 4 Pm needing their service right before 5 pm he was already on the property working on my A/C unit. He was honest, there was constant communication with detailed explanations. Shared time stamped pictures with me throughout the process, honestly service like this is difficult to come by in Miami. I will be recommending them!

I agreed on a quote with the owner of Emerald Ostel Mechanical Miami after multiple communications about the work to be done on my HVAC system that is still under warranty and the replacement of fiberglass on the return. It was known upfront that they would need 2 sheets of fiberglass to replace the return's fiberglass - they told me this. However, the crew showed up without any fiberglass sheets, said they could procure the materials locally to build it onsite but left and didn't come back. After many follow up calls and texts to the owner, he finally replied by email that he would not do the work bc he thought that he would just patch up the fiberglass. Clearly the two 4'x10' sheets of fiberglass that we had agreed upon as required were not just for patching. Also, it was unprofessional to not tell me or pick up my calls but just write me the day after that he had simply changed his mind about doing the work. This is no way to run a business. Thumbs down. Unreliable and unprofessional. If they were only thinking of patching of the fiberglass, also overpriced since the other parts were under warranty and not supplied by them.
