Our experience with Enrique and his crew was great for both our condenser and air handler replacement (central air) back in June and our boiler replacement (heating). Our central air unit crapped out right in the middle of the 100 degree+ heat wave we had in June. Enrique came by, diagnosed the issue and we replaced the unit the very next day. We thought we were going to die in our house, the thermostat was reading 96 degrees and he came with no problem climbing in and out of our attic crawl space where the air handler is located with his guys (must have been 120 degrees in the attic). Fast forward to October we decided to replace our boiler as it was probably approaching its last leg. Enrique came by again with his guys and replaced it for us right away, everything seems to have come out flawless. Enrique is truly a wholesome and friendly guy, very professional and clean. He was available for all questions and alternatives and took the time to explain things and help us pick the best models and options for our replacements. All bias aside Enrique genuinely seems to care about that he does and making sure his customers are happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend EM mechanical if you want a job done right and if you value a professional that doesn’t treat you like a paycheck.

I rarely write reviews and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough! Enrique and his team, Carlos and Mario were exceptional..I trusted Enrique the moment he said hello. Incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming, Enrique gave me all my options and supported any decision I would make, his only concern being that it was 20 degrees outside and he wanted to get my heat back on immediately. Once decided, his team made special accommodations and came early the very next morning, during a snowstorm, and replaced my entire HVAC system within hours. Professional, hard-working, courteous and immaculate.. when they left, you wouldn't have believed they were even there. Not only was he fair, but he truly cares about his clients and takes incredible pride in his work. This is the warmest my house has been in 20 years! I can't thank you enough Enrique.. my new system runs like a dream!
